Sanmitra Trivedi is the Founder & CEO of Gentoro People Consulting, a premier HR consulting and services firm with operations in India and the USA that has built a strong reputation for delivering cutting-edge HR solutions, including CHRO advisory, talent acquisition, temp staffing, payroll, and managed services.

Gentoro serves clients across India, Dubai, Africa, and the USA, offering culturally contextual and industry-specific support.

With over three decades of experience, Sanmitra has led HR functions during critical phases of growth and business transformation in both Indian and multinational organizations. He has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer, President, and Director, driving talent strategies aligned to business excellence.

Sanmitra has also served on the Board of Directors of Verizon Data Services India Pvt. Ltd. and TempForce Technology Pvt. Ltd. He has actively contributed to industry advancement through committee roles with CII, NASSCOM, and Petrofed.

An engineer by qualification, Sanmitra also holds a Post-Graduate degree in HR and Law.

He has been recognized with numerous HR Leadership Awards, authored published papers, and contributed regularly to industry publications.

Sanmitra is passionate about helping organizations grow and transform by building strategic talent capabilities and fostering a competitive edge through people.

Dipak brings over 30 years of leadership in HR, Industrial Relations, and Compliance across sectors like Engineering, IT, Retail, and Staffing. He has held senior roles at leading organizations including Voltas, HSBC, Maersk, and Reliance Retail, with global experience across India, China, Singapore, the USA, and the Middle East.

A trusted advisor and trainer, Dipak specializes in HR strategy, labour law, POSH, and cultural transformation. His sessions are known for being practical, engaging, and tailored to real-world business needs.

Murali, Chartered Accountant  by qualification,  is a dynamic leadership coach and behavioural transformation expert with over 30 years of experience across India and global markets. A former Executive Director on the Board of Hafele India, he built the company from the ground up into a market leader before transitioning into leadership development and coaching.

Known for his high-energy, practical, and results-driven approach, Murali designs and delivers impactful programs on leadership, sales excellence, and organizational transformation. His ability to connect real-world business challenges with behavioural insights makes him a valued partner to senior leaders and growth-focused organizations.

Umakanth is a seasoned IT leader with over three decades of global experience in service delivery, operations, and project management across sectors such as banking, telecom, logistics, FMCG, travel, international trade and manufacturing. He has held senior leadership roles at Atos, where he led and mentored multi-country, multi-technology teams providing IT services for some of the world’s largest organizations in aerospace, oil & gas, and financial services.

A strategic thinker and operations expert, Umakanth is known for driving transformation, building high-performing teams, and ensuring service excellence across geographies. His depth of knowledge in ITIL processes, SLA management, and cross-functional collaboration makes him a trusted advisor for technology-enabled business success.

Umakanth was also a visiting faculty member teaching IT related subjects at St. Xavier’s College, Computer Centre, Kolkata, The Chartered Accountants Institute, Eastern Region and IGNOU. He has also conducted numerous trainings and workshops for large Indian companies and government organisations.
