Sanmitra Trivedi is the “Founder & CEO” of Gentoro People Consulting, a premier HR Consulting and services Company in India. It marked the beginning of a mission to transform organizational practices by putting people and talent at the forefront of strategic innovation.
As the vision evolved and transcended boundaries, Gentoro Talent Solutions LLC took shape in USA. This expansion reflects a global aspiration for Gentoro Group, reinforcing its commitment to cultivating talent and championing people-centric practices across international landscapes.
Sanmitra Trivedi has led Human Resources function during periods of growth and business transformation. He has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, President, and Director at reputed Indian and multinational companies for India and abroad.
He has also served on the Board of Directors for Verizon Data Services India Pvt. Ltd. And TempForce Technology Pvt. Ltd. He has been on many committees of CII, NASSCOM, and Petrofed.
An engineer by training, Sanmitra holds a Post-Graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Laws. He is also a “Certified Trainer” and “Certified Facilitator” in Total Quality Improvement by Juran Institute Inc., USA.
Sanmitra has received numerous HR Leadership Awards. He has published 3 papers and has written for other publications.
His passion is helping organizations grow and transform to acquire a competitive advantage through Talent Management.
