An engineer by training, Sanmitra holds a Post-Graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Laws. He is also a “Certified Trainer” and “Certified Facilitator” in Total Quality Improvement by Juran Institute Inc., USA.
Sanmitra has received numerous HR Leadership Awards. He has published 3 papers and has written for other publications.
